Our Story
Beast Lab® was founded in 2019 by a team of toy designers, engineers, and wildlife enthusiasts who wanted to make playtime as exciting as a safari trek or fossil dig. We launched with an ambitious goal: to create the most authentic and engaging animal toys on the market.
Our designers carefully study wildlife references to mimic textures, colors, and proportions in exacting detail. Meanwhile, our engineers find ways to incorporate movement and sound for added realism. The result is animals that seem to leap, swim, and stomp right out of the wild.
Beyond looks, we also make educational play a priority. Our toys are specially designed to introduce children to new species and spark an interest in science and nature. So, while imaginations soar, kids also gain a greater appreciation of the animals that share our world.

Our Process
To turn ideas into exciting new toys, we follow a development process focused on imagination, safety, and wildlife accuracy:
Inspiration: Our designers find inspiration in zoos, museums, wildlife footage, field guides, and the great outdoors. We want toys to be fresh yet familiar to kids.
Concept: Rough sketches and clay models let designers experiment with different shapes, features, and actions. Engineering gives feedback to guide technical feasibility.
Sculpting: Artists sculpt 3D prototypes that capture fine details like textured skin and expressive eyes. Accessories like habitat pieces take shape too.
Engineering: Engineers develop mechanisms for movement and sound. All electronic components are rigorously tested for safety and durability.
Review: Our wildlife experts analyze sculptures and sounds to ensure accuracy to real-world animals. Tweaks are made to create authenticity.
Approval: Final prototypes go through rigorous safety checks and quality testing to meet all toy standards.
Production: Our manufacturing partners transform approved designs into finished products using high-quality plastics, fabrics, and other materials.
Playtime! The toys are packaged up and shipped out to stores. Finally, the toys end up in the hands of kids for roaring, stomping, swimming fun!

Dinosaurs
From plated stegosaurus to fanged T-Rex, fearsome prehistoric creatures have never been more fun to play with. Our dinosaurs move and roar just like the real Jurassic giants thanks to careful sound engineering. Textured skin and lifelike sculpting make them seem ready to trample and chomp at any moment! Budding paleontologists will dig our authentic designs.
Sharks
Our fierce shark toys capture the streamlined power of underwater predators. Spring-loaded jaws open wide to reveal rows of teeth. Reptiles
